– Why I started my photography business?
The honest answer is because an old friend asked me to photograph her wedding and I wanted to feel comfortable doing so. I had previously been a photographers assistant for the past two years and had the idea of branching of myself at some point. My friend just sped that up! I will be forever grateful for her thinking of me and reaching out to me.
– What is the turn around time for photos?
For normal sessions galleries will be completed within 2-3 weeks, you will also receive sneak peaks within 48 hours. For weddings you will receive sneaks within 72 hours and your full gallery in 8-10 weeks. Whenever I finish a shoot I start editing right away because I just cannot wait!
– How many images doe I expect to receive?
For a wedding it will vary a lot. If I had to give an estimate it would be between 300 – 500 images. Roughly 50 per hour. For any of my other sessions it will also vary. Depending on the amount of people and images captured it will be around 80+ images.
– What will I receive with my wedding package?
All items are listed on my wedding package document that I will email you as soon as you contact me. Every package receives a USB and a personalized gift.
– How are the images delivered?
All of my sessions will receive their images through an online gallery. The images can then be downloaded in high-res. Anyone with the link to the online gallery can download the images making sharing your photos easy. The gallery can also be password protected at your request!
– Will the photos have a watermark?
No! When viewing in the gallery they will because you have to download the image in order to get high-res and remove the watermark.
– What is it is raining on our shoot day?
We will reschedule. If it is your wedding day we will make the best of it! Then if needed you and your groom can get all dolled up again to take some rain free images on a later date.
– What is the best time for lighting?
I always love shooting an hour and a half -give or take, before sunset! That evening glow is magical. Yet, anytime that works for you will work for me!
